Take time even ten minutes out of your dad to go for a walk or rven bretahing exercises. stuck at your desk in your house all day? Stand up every hour do jumping jacks, air squats, lunges, plank, pushups. try to set a goal for yourself like even 10 pushups a day. Even try stretching like yoga flows to get the blood flowing.


This helps activate your body and mind that you are exerting stress and increases endorphins. It helps you stretch your tense body and is a breath of fresh air from the routined daily life.
